Alejandro Abregu

Alejandro attentive learner of life, apprentice of American ancestral traditions, consultant in holistic nutrition, Vision Quester of the Red Path. He is a plant-based chef who started his journey learning food preparation in his family with indigenous roots in Paraguay. Later on he trained in various restaurants, realizing that the food was overcharged with stress, tension, and hurry. What was missing in the process of food creation, was intention, attention, and care to provide people with high vibrational food.

Ale has been trained as an expert in Hygienist Nutrition after attending and learning in Espacio Depurativo in Argentina and the Holistic Institute in Spain. He has been facilitating healing retreats focused on the preparation of food and workshops about conscious cooking, gut health, and various therapies that support the healing journey including Reiki, Pranic Healing, Massage and Aromatherapy. 

As an expert in nutrition Ale’s mission is to support individuals and families with the aim to deconstruct the false beliefs around food and health, in order to reorganize their connection towards the nourishment of food.
